BladeDx foundation
Jose has spent 7 years working on wind turbine blades. He started as a blade repair technician and became a team leader, carrying out repairs up to Category 5 on rope access, platforms and at ground level in eight European countries. His experience also includes work in a blade manufacturing plant, where he saw how blades are built from the inside.
Since 2023 he has worked as a remote blade consultant and GWO instructor. He has reviewed inspections of more than 3,000 turbines from wind farms in 20 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia, and teaches GWO Blade Repair, Basic Technical Training and Basic Safety Training. He founded BladeDx to give asset owners and service providers an independent assessment grounded in how blades are actually built and repaired.

Damage classification and QA of drone inspection data for international inspection companies. More than 3,000 turbines reviewed from wind farms in Europe, North and South America and Taiwan.
Certified instruction in GWO Blade Repair (BR), Basic Technical Training (BTT) and Basic Safety Training (BST).
Field repairs up to Category 5 as an IRATA rope access technician, on platforms and at ground level, in Finland, Greece, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. Also worked in a blade manufacturing plant.
